Geoff Phillips commenced business in 1983 specialising in mechanical repairs . It then evolved to buying, selling and leasing forklifts.
Geoff’s first truck in 1973, the start of what is now known as Hewletts Road Machinery
Geoff grew the business introducing a full range of heavy machines and was joined by his son Mason in 2010.

Each Mechanic has a fully equipped vehicle enabling off site maintenance thus providing quality and professionalism servicing all of the fleet.
The main yard is at 71 Hewletts Road which is a site that has been with the family since the 1960’s.
They operate a second operation from Poplar Lane enroute to Te Puke.
